In order to ensure this year’s festival is a success, and everything runs smoothly, we have prepared this information for you.
Some of it is information for you to be aware of, other parts require your response.

YOUR GUIDE TO THE STAGE TEAM
Louise Hayday
General Manager, Burnham Park Hall
Louise is the head-honcho, the boss and "she who must be obeyed". She is in charge of everything to do with the festival and the ultimate decision-maker on all festival related matters. She will work the longest day and be responsible for every detail so where you can, help make her job as easy as possible!
Graeme Nash
Artist Management & Lead Singer of !daft!
Graeme is responsible for ensuring that the festival is prepared for the acts, and that the acts are prepared for the festival. He is the main go-to point for acts and can answer your questions or help solve your problems at any stage.
Annie Parratt
Stage Manager
Annie is in charge of stage-management which means ensuring all the acts changeover as quickly as possible and that all act requirements are dealt with on the day. She can tell you where to be, and when, and can assist you in getting plugged in, tuned up and playing as quickly as possible.
Andy Webb
Event Host & Stage Management Support
Andy is a key event organiser and is responsible for hosting the event on the day. He also supports the entire stage management and engineering teams and ensures that the event production runs smoothly. Andy can help you with most things so if you see him and need some assistance, just ask!

Timings Information
- Acts MUST arrive on site at least 60 mins. prior to your stage time.
- Upon arrival please make yourselves known to the stage management team. Ask for Graeme or Andy if you are unsure where we are.
- Act changeover time is 15 mins. Acts must clear the stage after their set and the next act begin set up as quickly as possible.
- IMPORTANT – In order to make sure the event finishes on time and that all acts get their allocated performance duration, your set MUST finish at the advertised finish time regardless of what time you actually begin.

Parking & Access
- You will be able to park, free of charge, in the Burnham Park Hall car park.
- Please unload from your vehicles here and walk your equipment the very short distance to the rear of the stage area.
- Once you have unloaded please move your car to a marked bay to allow other performers to unload.
What we need from you
Tech Rider and Set List
- Please complete the information below in as much detail as possible.
- This information will be given to the stage and sound team to ensure your stage is correctly set. If you forget or do not tell us about a requirement you have, the chances are you will not have it available to you on the day.
- Set lists are requested so that we can ensure that the same songs are not repeated too frequently throughout the day. We do not need details of any original tracks, only the covers that you might be doing.
- Set lists work on a first-come basis. The first act to submit the track will get to keep it in the event of any clashes.
