We have a lot to do and not a lot of time to do it so we have prepared some information to help you and ensure we get the content we are needing in order to make this track and video look and sound amazing.
Please take a look at the following information which will give some guidance on what we need from you and the best way of doing it.
There are some parts which are important and that we kindly ask you to note otherwise it could end up meaning we are unable to use your content.

We are aiming to release the video on Saturday 19th December 2020 at 6.30pm.
What we need from you and link to download the backing track.
One point to note is the end section of the song, the “feed the world” bit which has the entire cast singing two alternative lines.
We are going to need takes of both of these versions from you so that we can create that big, choral sound.
There are 3 takes/files from you in total that we will need:
Apart from the two different “feed the world” melody lines please don’t sing any other harmony lines, we will deal with them separately.
For the purpose of keeping it simple, our recommendation is that you film selfie videos on your phone and send us these clips.
Try and record with the mic nice and close to your mouth, in an otherwise silent room.
Better still you can use a headset that has a mic on it (like the traditional Apple headsets).
The next best, or best option overall, is that you use a home-studio recording set up and get high-quality audio takes – but these would then need to be synced with your video, which could be more of a challenge. If you are unable to do this, send it to me anyway and I will sort it, but the preference would be to send your audio and video already sync’d.
Just in case, let’s make sure we are (literally) singing from the same sheet.
