No price increase promise in 2021 and 2022

• Our team is here, as usual, to support our clients throughout the coronavirus crisis.
• The welfare of our team and clients is our top priority, and we will be following the guidelines laid out by the government to help protect everyone.
• Currently, all our team members are working remotely from home using the same phone and administrative systems as normal.
• There should be no disruption or changes in how you can contact us.
• We are only meeting as a band when regulations confirm it is ok for us to do so and only then if we have a specific reason to.
• Where individual band members may become ill, the wider team of !daft! musicians are on standby to step-in for, or cover, any illnesses or absences.
• We will use our own bespoke cloud-based CMS/CRM systems to continue managing enquiries and bookings as normal.
• We are using video conferencing and chat software to facilitate immediate and efficient communication between all staff and teams.
• We have implemented weekly, and often more frequent, online meetings to coordinate and develop contingency plans.
• We will be implementing new live-event policies and protocols to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients and audiences as well as !daft! members during live performances.
