As a COVID-safe wedding band, we are putting your safety and peace of mind first.

As a professional wedding band performing in a post-COVID world, we have adapted to the changes required of us to ensure your safety is prioritised and you feel confident in us and our ability to entertain you in a safe and secure way.

We understand that clients and audiences alike, as well as venue staff and fellow industry colleagues, will have concerns regarding their safety and the safety of all their guests. We see it as our job to ensure you do not have to worry about us and that we will act in a responsible and considerate way at all times.

What we are doing to be COVID-safe

To remain a top UK wedding band and be bookable because we are careful and safe, we have adapted our operation as follows:

  • We carry out daily checks for any changes to Government guidelines
  • We host a team conference call/Zoom call following every major change to regulations
  • We have our COVID-19 risk assessment available for review by clients and venues
  • We practice social distancing at performances
  • Face coverings are worn at all times except for during the performance
  • Hand sanitisers are located in various positions on the stage and are used frequently by all members
  • We will clean our instruments and production equipment before, during and after any live performance
  • We ensure a min. 3m distance between the front of the stage and the dancefloor area (this is actually better for sound, by the way!)
  • We will indicate “safe-zones” with tape around the performance area
  • We are all using the NHS Track & Trace app and will check in to any venue offering us the ability to
  • We have plenty of dep musicians on hand and quickly-available should any primary !daft! member need to self-isolate
  • We will work more closely than ever before with your wedding or event venue to ensure we understand their COVID policies and that we are compliant with them, and they are happy with ours
