New booking options for a COVID-safe performance.

We are ready to change with you

In the coming months, we know that to make sure we can fulfil our commitments to you that we might have to change the way we perform live.

You may want to proceed with your booking but perhaps you, or your venue, would like to opt for a smaller-scale performance to reduce the overall space, size and volume of the band.

We’ll fit in with yours or venue’s performance & set up requirements

To accommodate the range of potential challenges we are expecting to face, we have adapted and created some new band formats that will give you more options and ways in which you can still have !daft! at your event.

Alternative band sizes

We’ll make !daft! fit yours and your venue’s requirements.

As a further alternative to postponement or cancellation, if you or your venue would be able to host the band, but on a smaller scale, we have adapted the band to be able to perform in a reduced line-up.

Duo

  • Duo with guitarist/backing vocalist & lead vocalist
  • Up to 2 x 60 min sets
  • DJ service (if booked)
  • Very small set up taking up little space (Approx. W: 2m x D: 2m)
  • Simple PA and lighting
  • Quick to set up & pack down

3-piece

  • Trio with guitarist/backing vocalist, bass player & lead vocalist
  • Up to 2 x 60 min sets
  • DJ service (if booked)
  • Small set up taking up little space (W: 3m x D: 2m)
  • Simple PA and lighting
  • Quick to set up & pack down

4-Piece

  • 4-piece with guitarist/backing vocalist, bass player, drummer & lead vocalist
  • Up to 2 x 60 min sets
  • DJ service (if booked)
  • Small set up taking up little space (W: 3m x D: 3m)
  • PA & lighting
  • Quick to set up & pack down

DJ ONLY

In some cases, it simply may not be possible to have a live performance of any kind.

Should this be the case for you the best option would be our DJ only option.

With the DJ only option, we can continue to assist with the provision of mics for speeches.

  • Completely bespoke service delivered exactly the way you want it.
  • We’ll help you design the entire playlist, or you can leave that entirely to us
